By downloading, installing, or using the Trade Pros mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Trade Pros is a business management tool for contractors and tradespeople, providing expense tracking, invoice creation, appointment scheduling, and receipt scanning features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (expenses, invoices, appointments, receipts). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the App's services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App's security.
• Use the App to generate fraudulent invoices or false financial records.

6. Financial Data Disclaimer

The App is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and should consult qualified professionals for tax and accounting matters.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Google Calendar (optional). Your use of Google services is subject to Google's own terms of service and privacy policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the App.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
