Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by Trade Pros. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data protection regulations.
What Data We Store
- Account Information: Name, email address, encrypted password
- Financial Records: Expenses, invoices, payment records
- Appointments: Customer details, scheduling data
- Files: Receipt images, uploaded documents
- Projects & Categories: Business organization data
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Delete All Data via the App
- Open the Trade Pros app.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Tap "Delete Account" — this will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
Option 2: Request via Email
Send a data deletion request to:
[email protected]
In your email, please specify:
- The email address associated with your Trade Pros account
- Whether you want to delete all data (full account deletion) or specific data (e.g., only expenses, only receipts)
ℹ️ Processing Time: Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Data Retention After Deletion
Once your data is deleted, it is permanently removed from our servers. We do not retain backups of deleted user data beyond a 30-day rolling backup window, after which all traces are purged.
